WTF Cramulus. You’re going to draw the wrong sort of attention here to 23AE. THEY don’t even like us flashing that censored cover around.
I am strongly in favor of freedom of the press and of freedom of speech. But I also participated in the original discussion that led to the pulling of this issue. As a U. S. Supreme Court Justice said, freedom of speech does not include the right to shout “fire” in a crowded theater. As televangelist Pat Robertson said, “Well, polygamy was outlawed because it was considered immoral according to biblical standards.” No wait that’s not true; the Bible says nothing against polygamy, and in many places supports it. Let us think instead of what Garfunkel and Oates said as inspired by Pat Robertson, that if you let gays and homosexuals be protected by hate crime laws, then the next thing you’ll be legalizing sex with ducks. And that’s my statement on this issue.
