my favorite is the cloud theme

my one suggestion for the calendar would be to add a background color or some other kind of highlight for the saturday and sunday squares. I think this will make it a bit easier to use.

What, the little text saying Sat/Sun wasn’t enough for ya?

Yea, sure; I’ll change the text to red, like every other calendar. Why should we be any different? ;)

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOKED EVERYWHERE for one of these this year!

Now I seem to be in the right place.

  3. I love the one with the figures with long erect horns. I also love the one with the unicorns! lol

Really the unicorn one is my fave. But you should check more discordian holydays at http://discordia.loveshade.org/ek-sen-trik-kuh/holydays

  4. Ugh. The Ek-sen-triks like to party. I’ve included all that I will include from them. I mean, seriously: a spanking holiday? I’m surprised I included the foot fetish thing. These people really need to log off the interpr0ns. (It’s a series of CluborTubes!)

    • Thanks for what you included. I like the calendars and plan to use one or two.

When you said “Ek-sen-triks” you were right. Much of that began long before I started the Discordian offshoot, although as sychronicity would have it one of the original Ek-sen-triks knew Robert Anton Wilson and family.

The foot thing was apparently started by one of the Ek-sen-triks’ founders who would kiss party attendees on a rotating body part. One party might mean kissing foreheads, another noses–and this with friends, lovers, and complete strangers. Ah, the things they could do in those pre-AIDS, pre-sexual-harrassment-lawsuit days. As I was told, one party the featured body part was feet, and the lower digits of a member known as Cat Dancing ended up covered with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, catsup and other edible substances….of such things are traditions made.

  5. Day of Discord: as this is listed several times in your most excellent calendar, I thought people might be interested in how it began. Links:

    • I’m sorry, but I’m not allowed to read about that. I’m still under orders to ignore a certain person. (We Discordians do have a de facto hierarchy, y’know (but don’t tell Them that — They hate being told about our group identity and internal politics).)

      Also: this post never happened.
