There is a bill being considered in Uganda that would mean being homosexual is a capital crime; offenders would be hung. Anyone who fails to report that someone in the country is gay would be subject to three years in prison.
It appears some of the supporters and even the author of the bill may be members of The Family, a conservative Christian group.
